How do I get started? Is there a free version or trial available?
You can signup for Xebrio’s free 14 day trial here. We don’t have a freemium version.
What functionality is available on the trial version of Xebrio?

How do I set up an account?
You can signup for Xebrio’s free 14 day trial here. After signing up, you will receive an email for verification. Upon successful email verification you will be prompted to fill in some information towards setting up your account.
What kind of organizations use Xebrio?
Xebrio is used across startups, SMEs and IT Services & Consulting including Non-profit organizations.
How is Xebrio licensed? How do I start my subscription?
Xebrio is licensed per user basis with a monthly and annual billing cycles. You can signup for Xebrio’s free 14 day trial here. Find more details about subscription here.
What is your data retention policy? How long is my data kept? How can I export my data?
Once you cancel the subscription, Xebrio retains data for 90 days.
Will my credit card be charged during my free trial period?
No. Credit card is not required for Xebrio’s free trial.
Do you offer on-premise installtion?

How to get assistance during the trial period?

How can I choose a data center? / Where are the data centers located?
At this time, there’s no way to select a data center. Xebrio customer data is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is certified SOC 2 Type 2.
The data centers are currently located in US-East region.
Does Xebrio support localization? What languages do you support?
At this time, Xebrio does’t support localization and it’s part of our roadmap. English is the only language supported currently.
