PDCA is an acronym for Plan-Do-Check-Act. It is a cycle that employs iterative action to inject continuous improvement in the processes, products, or services. It follows a closed-loop problem-solving approach that considers the feedback as input to introduce a new set of changes.
The path to continuous improvement lies in the kaizen agile augmentation as they are fundamentally two sides of the same coin. After all, both are driven by the same purpose of:
1. Delivering value to the customer in the most efficient manner possible.
2. Discovering ways to learn and improve continuously and consistently.
3. Connecting strategies with goals transparently to grant purpose to teams.
4. Enabling individuals to contribute and lead at their full potential.
